There are tools that can even automate messages and emails to candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the process.
How can I showcase AI usage, like OpenAI or Claude AI, in my job application process?
Now recruiters don’t need to screen resumes, nor interview candidates, or manually score them in the early stages of hiring. There are AI tools that can do that very efficiently.
